Newsman: Two Police Officers now dead in connection with the Wednesday’s insurrection at Capitol Hill. One More Police Officer has died who was on duty at Capitol Hill during the mob protest. The total deaths are now 5 including two police officers. Injured Police officer Brian Sicknic died on Thursday followed by the death of another Police officer as fifth person, on Sunday. The White House lowered its U.S. flag to half-staff on Sunday, three days after a police officer died from injuries suffered while fending off supporters of President Donald Trump who stormed the Capitol building. President Trump was criticized while Congress lowered the flag half-staff. Authorities are looking for others acted in this unprecedented attack at Capitol Hill that caused death, injuries and property damaged including vandalizing Speaker’s Pelosi’s office.
National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, New Jersey National Guard members honored their fallen comrade, Officer Brian Sicknick, who died defending the U.S. Capitol in Wednesday’s violent riots. According to the Associated Press, Sicknick was hit in the head by a fire extinguisher, trying to stop Trump supporters from storming in.

Wednesday, January 6th2020, After Mr. Trump’s speech, thousands of the president’s supporters descended on Washington, D.C., for the speech, and to protest certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the November 2020 election. Many made their way to the Capitol where they planned to protest throughout the day as members of Congress count electoral votes, a formality that finalizes Biden’s victory.
Shortly after Mr. Trump’s speech once again without evidence claiming to have won a second term, thousands of supporters of President Trump stormed barricades and confronted police outside the Capitol. A small group of protesters managed to get inside the Capitol building around 2 p.m. Wednesday. Sessions of the House and Senate were suddenly recessed as the building was placed under lockdown. D.C. police said they arrested 13 people from Tuesday afternoon through 6 p.m. on Wednesday, including three who authorities said were in possession of firearms. Earlier, in a tweet President Trump appeared to attempt rein in a chaotic and spiraling situation at the Capitol, where his supporters clashed with police and breached the building.
Protesters took over the speaker’s office and even entered the senate voting floor where the Electoral College vote was in counting process. One woman was shot according to the police, during the chaos caused by storm of the supporters of President Donald trump. “Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement.
