Newsman: Four men were shot among one person was killed and several others were injured in a shooting at East Tremont and Southern Boulevard in the Bronx. Four men in total were shot, all of which were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital. One of the victims, a 28-year-old man, was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the hospital.
A 27-year-old man was shot once in the leg and a 46-year-old man was shot once in the torso. And a 25-year-old was shot once in the left arm, all three are in stable condition. Police say a suspect fled on foot and is described as a man with dreadlocks.
Police say the shooting happened Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. at East Tremont and Southern Boulevard in the West Farms section. No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
