New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio, backing Governor Cuomo’s plan said, the State will take the ultimate decision and we are discussing the work plan observing the situation on ground. The vaccine is not the excuse to avoid the safety guidelines and be ignorant of Covid-19 seriousness, Mayor Blasio said.
