Road rage shooting victim in queens died

Newsman: The road rage shooting victim has died from his injuries. The two men were arguing, authorities said, when the suspect got of his Acura, opened fire, and drove off over the weekend in Queens.

Police say 46-year-old Jamal Artis got into a minor accident with the suspect on 108th Street and Horace Harding Expressway around 2 p.m. Saturday.

Artis was found in his Chevrolet Impala, and he was rushed in critical condition to New York Presbyterian Hospital.Bottom of Form He died from his injuries on Monday.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
