Newsman: Russia will annex four occupied Ukrainian regions at ceremony on Friday according to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson.
Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin’s spokesman told reporters on Thursday that the Kremlin will host a ceremony at which agreements will be signed on the annexation of occupied Ukrainian territories to the Russian Federation.,.
Dmitry Peskov said the ceremony would take place on Friday at 3 p.m. local time (8 a.m. ET).
Putin will deliver a speech and meet with Russian-backed leaders of the four occupied regions on the sidelines of the ceremony, he added.
