Four people shot outside NYCHA Houses in the Bronx

Newsman:  Police said, four people were injured in a shooting outside of the New York City Housing Authority’s Mott Haven Houses in the Bronx on Monday, according to a preliminary investigation.

Police say a gunman opened fire shortly after 12:30 p.m. on East 141st Street.

A 38-year-old man was shot in the abdomen, a 39-year-old woman was shot in the leg, and a 41-year-old man was shot in the shoulder and abdomen.

All three were taken to Lincoln Hospital but were expected to survive, according to police.

A fourth victim, a 53-year-old apparently homeless man, walked himself into Lincoln Hospital.

Police said he was shot four times.

The investigation is ongoing. So far, no arrests have been made.
