Newsman:  The Covid-19 infections in US have rose to the highest in a single day in all time since the pandemic starts. Hospitalization rate is also sky rocketing as the infections rate to be concerned.  Experts are predicting worse scenario in next two weeks due to the impact of the Thanksgiving Day travel. Vaccination, not the Vaccine is the solution to expect a normal life in near future, Country’s health experts said. Meanwhile the nation is preparing for Covid-19 vaccine distribution. CDC is planning to recommend the vaccine as an emergency use across the country. Once the Vaccine get the green signal probably on December a 10th meeting and approved by FDA by the middle or third week of December about a 40 million doses are expected to be on trail to reach to its candidates according the CDC.  

President –elect Biden’s advisory team   member, Dr. Celine Gounder, a clinical assistant professor of medicine and infectious diseases at NYU Grossman School of Medicine told to the media the front line workers, doctors & nurses including laboratory medical staffs, seniors and people with underlying medical condition and the essential workers like grocery worker will be ahead of the vaccination.

According to the CDC, Healthcare personnel, Workers in essential and critical industries, People at high risk for severe COVID-19 illness due to underlying medical conditions and People 65 years and older will in priority list.

CDC in their official site said , If the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorizes or approves a COVID-19 vaccine, ACIP will quickly hold a public meeting to review all available data about that vaccine (sign up to receive email updates whenever ACIP’s Meeting Information is updated). From these data, ACIP will then vote on whether to recommend the vaccine and, if so, who should receive it. Included in ACIP’s recommendations will be guidance on who should receive COVID-19 vaccines if supply is limited. Recommendations must go to the director of CDC for approval before becoming official CDC policy.

Since the pandemic began, ACIP has been holding special meetings to review U.S. data on COVID-19 and the vaccines in development to help prevent it. Before making recommendations, ACIP plans to review all available clinical trial information, including descriptions of
